What data we process

We process the following categories of data:

Contact details (name, email address, phone) - via demo booking and contact form
Company information (company name, job title) - for sales contact management
Server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) - for security and error detection
Analytics data - anonymised, collected via Plausible Analytics

Legal basis and purpose

We process personal data to take pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art 6(1)(b)), to protect our legitimate interests (Art 6(1)(f)) and to comply with legal obligations (Art 6(1)(c)). Purposes: managing demo bookings, responding to enquiries, ensuring service security.

Demo bookings via Cal.com

For booking demo sessions we use the Cal.com platform. Cal.com processes your name, email address and chosen time slot on their servers. Cal.com is a US-registered company; data transfers are made under standard contractual clauses. Cal.com's privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.

Analytics

Norela uses Plausible Analytics - a cookie-free analytics tool that collects no personal data and uses no fingerprinting. Data is processed on EU servers. Plausible does not share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention periods

Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Demo booking data is retained for up to 1 year. If you are a customer, contractual retention periods apply.
