Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Norela AI platform (Pernimo Solutions OÜ) and the customer. By using the platform you agree to the terms set out below.

Service description

Norela is a B2B AI platform for the tourism sector. The platform provides AI agents for customer service, reservation management, email and messaging automation, and analytics. Use of the platform is permitted for business purposes only.

Eligibility

Norela services may be used by legal entities and sole traders operating in the tourism or hospitality sector. Consumer use is not permitted. By registering an account you confirm that you represent a legal entity.

Acceptable use

You undertake to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Prohibited: using the platform for fraud, spam or harm to third parties; using AI agents to spread misinformation; circumventing platform security measures or using hacking techniques.

Intellectual property

All Norela platform components, design, code and AI models belong to Pernimo Solutions OÜ. The customer's own data and content remain the customer's property. Norela acquires a licence to process data as necessary to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

Norela's liability is limited to one month's contracted fee for the services provided to the customer. Norela is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The platform is provided 'as is'; we guarantee reasonable maintenance and availability.

Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep confidential all business information received under the contract. This obligation survives termination of the contractual relationship.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved at Harju County Court (Tallinn), unless the parties agree otherwise.
